SPICED FRIED EGG

Breakfast should be tasty, delicious, easy, and quick to clean up, and this spiced egg dish ticks all of those boxes. If you fall in love with this style of dish then it’s worth investing in a small frying pan. It makes the dish execution so simple.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • .3 tsp turmeric
  • .5 tsp ground ginger
  • .5 tsp Kashmiri chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
  • 1 tsp fine pink salt
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1 egg

  1. In a small frying pan, heat the ghee until aromatic on a medium heat.

  2. Add all of the fresh and ground spice and cook for a few minutes until aromatic and bubbling slightly.

  3. Toss in the chopped tomato and quick a few minutes.

  4. Make a little hole in the mix and crack the egg. Cook to your liking.

  5. Serve.
